Awesome experience. Expensive and like buying a car. Lol!
We had stopped in to do research and worked with Desiree. She definitely took the time to answer our questions, show us the options as we are new to this product. Our time in the store took about two hours. It was a Saturday evening and her coworker had thanked her for staying late to work with us because at that time, the store traffic had picked up and he couldn't breakaway. Thought that was admirable and we were very appreciative. I'd recommend the store.
I filled out a survey for the delivery and didn't give them a great review. The crew at the store were great, very knowledgeable and listened. I've had my bed for 4 weeks now and haven't had any contact with store to see how it all went either. I'm not in love with the bed.
Denise was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. We invested twice as much as originally planned with a Conventional mattress, but Denise educated us on the value of the Sleep Number mattress for the long term. The in house financing made it possible for us to invest in a better Sleep.nJerry and Michele Jahns
Our salesperson Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy in any way. He was completely up front on pricing and there were no surprised when we purchased. Great experience! Can't wait to get our bed
