Nicole (assistant manager) was a great help. Now that I'm working from home I needed a better office chair. I was looking for a chair which would help with good posture but be comfortable as well. I sat in multiple chairs and nothing seemed to fit just right. I was surprised when she suggested a gaming chair, but that was the right fit for me! Thanks so much Nicole for taking the time to work with me!! Very satisfied customer!
Had a little printing issue with an order we picked up, didn’t see it until we got home. I called immediately and spoke to the Manager Clayton. He fixed the issue quick and very professional. Thank you!!
They are very short on help, however the staff working are so friendly and accomodating. They were able to refer me to another office max to get my print job done faster. The gentleman working in the print area was working on several things at once, but maintained great customer service.
Today, Rachel, in the print department went above and beyond to help me with a challenging print job that I needed in a pinch. Rachel was professional, efficient and did it with a smile! Because of her and this experience, I’m giving this store 5 stars. Thank you Rachel!
The selection is not as big as in other locations. Customer service is amazing. Even when it's busy and they seem understaffed, everyone is extremely nice and efficient. Rachel in printing delivers the most impressive service: fast, polite, effective.
