Second time that we arrived at 4:45 pm ready to purchase a bunk bed for our kids.nobody answer phone, Place remains closed even though sign outside says open until 6PM, google says open until 8PM. Tryed calling the store 6 time and no one picked up the phone. I'm in the market for a bed set for our little girl and our son to make room for our new baby. Says they are open so I call and no one picked up the phone.
The guy at the counter was horrible telling me he was not owner and basically sat there eating instead of showing any interest in what we were there for. No greeting instead he was stuffing his face and watching T.V. Sir, I really believe you when you said you was not the owner and you just work there. I really was there to buy a crib but took my business where it was appreciated.
Went here today to find a new bed set for our daughter. When we walked in the man at the front didn’t even say hello or ask if we need any help. Upon requesting some assistance and asking about prices we found they do not sell pieces as sets but individually. $400 for a dresser and $400 for a twin bed. Way over priced and not good customer service.
