After shopping for a new massage chair for the past few months, I visited The Modern Back to check out their massage chair showroom in Boynton Beach. I was pretty amazed at their selection of massage chairs. Fred Weiss was very helpful & patient as we tested out 6 different massage chairs. The decision was difficult but we decided on the Infinity Genesis Max massage chair. I have lower back pain from a boating accident a few years ago & after owning this chair for just a few short weeks I'm already feeling much better after every use. Anyone in looking for a massage chair needs to check these guys out. I got a great price & the delivery went without a hitch. Thank you.

This chair has been amazing. Every function that we've used has brought us an additional level of comfort. The material is well made and looks great. My one regret is not pulling the trigger to buy this sooner. Customer service gave me great help in help in giving me suggestions for choices in my desired price range as well. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will definitely continue to share my blessings.

I was super impressed by the team over at The Modern Back in Boynton Beach. When I walked in their showroom last month, I was pleasantly surprised to see huge selection of massage chairs. I've been looking for the right massage chair for months & I've never come across a massage chair store such as this. The staff was knowledge and friendly. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. My wife & I have been going to Massage Envy for years but with COVID decided it was time to get a massage chair for our home due to our pre-existing health conditions. After sitting in about 8 different massage chairs, we selected the Infinity Genesis Max massage chair. This chair met all our needs without spending $7-8+K on some of the more expensive massage chairs sold at Costco. We decide to pay a little extra for the White Glove delivery. Tim the delivery guy was very professional and helpful with putting the massage chair in our bedroom. I would definitely suggest checking this store out if you are shopping for a massage chair.

So, after a few weeks of shopping for a Massage Chair for my wife and I we decided to Purchase the Titan Jupiter Model. Working with Tom and Fred at the Modern Back was a wonderful experience. They took their time and and helped us decide which features were most beneficial for the two of us in a massage chair.nI have never experienced such a wonderful personalized customer service experience. The selection in the Showroom was bigger than any other Massage Chair store we visited.nWe are so Happy with our purchase !!!!!!nThis is the only Massage Chair company that I would recommend period !nnThank you for the wonderful experience !!!
