Only one representative she was on a facetime call on the computer with her kids since when i first walked in until I was finsihed with my purchase. I needed to get an upgrade for my boyfriend he lost his phone she wouldnt do it without phone or him being there. Ok so then i wanted to just buy the phone but keep his number she wouldnt do that. But have done this at other locations. She had an attitude and was rude and not very helpful so fine i said just do a whole new phone and she rudley asked in your name? I guess if i have to lady. Then the whole time she is setting up the phone her kids that were still on call with her were screaming and crying. Why didnt she just hang up when she had a customer. That is very unprofessional and i wouldnt have even wrote this review had she nit been so rude.
They gave a broken phone that dont even it always says no sim card inserted
Best customer service anywhere everyone is very friendly and they take their time to help
Owner very nice & knowledgeable
I have always had great service from the people at this location and today Osmeris solved a problem that not even LG tech support were able to fix!!
