The T-Mobile at that location is the best T-Mobile when it comes down to customer service! I would recommend! I don’t usually write a review on anything but this deserves one. I didn’t get his name but the guy working at 530 on 6/1/2020 was amazing and restored my faith in T-Mobile. Took care of my small need promptly and efficiently. Just needed a new SIM card
Quality service professional and friendly I recommend
This is the worst experience I have had ever on a T-mobile shop!! I went there to buy a new phone and joined accounts with my husband. Everything look good when I was there, but a few days later we figured out that they didn’t do absolutely anything!: 1. Our accounts weren’t linked at all! 2. I couldn’t see or logged in into my account online (so it was a ghost now)! We needed to call customer service (which took almos 1:30h) to get the mess fixed up! And even after all that, we realized that they lied about how much we would be paying monthly!! Our bill is 45$ more than they told us we would pay! That is a SIGNIFICANT amount of money to mistake! If you want to get your stuff right and fast (that’s why you go to a store!) then go to any other place!
