Came here to get a new phone because I was tired of boost, Benny was soo helpful and hooked me up. He helped me with every issue, and was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was very satisfied

I Came in at 7:28 on July 16 2019 the lady there was very nasty i walked in she ask was i paying a phone i said i wanted to switch to metro please she look at me and said wow 30 minutes before we close wowwww, i said i didnt know it would take so long she said well yes it will which in my opinion it dont matter because business is business then i said well i dont want to bother you if its time for you to leave she then told me to leave then and i said i just wanted to do business you could've been a bit nicer she said she dont care. Well in my opinion if someone has a business hire customer service reps with better attitude i will NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER EVER AGAIN and i live down the street and had purchased MANY PHONES HERE BEFORE that young lady mest it up for me i will just stick to my current phone company Thank you the rep at the store is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help me ps only 1 star because theres no zero options
Very helpful staff. Helped me switch from Cricket effortlessly. Decent deals and phones are on par with, if not better than, other pay-as-you-go providers.
