This is a pawnshop with very little selection when it comes to musical instruments and not much knowledge when it comes to musical instruments. I followed the gps and it took me to a dead end parking lot. I called them and they gave me directions until I was in the parking lot, and they said on the phone that the pawn shop was the right place. I entered with a police officer just by chance. When I asked if they could show me the string winder tool for a guitar that they had just spoke with me about moments ago on the phone? They acted as if that never happened, and just pointed to the corner where less than a dozen guitars were and a wall of strings and capos. No string winders. No help, no attempt at customer service. Dr. Chuck is a quack!!
