I have the best shopping experience and service with Badcock. The products are of great quality. I am a repeat customer. The management team if extraordinary and go above and beyond the call of duty to assist customers realize their dreams with their furniture purchases.
I purchased a bunk bed from Babcock from Rebecca Vazquez who delivered exceptional customer service to us and helped us finance in a speedy manner with Snap. A couple weeks later my kids broke a piece from the bed and I called them to see what my options were since it hadn't been a month since purchase. Jose answered the call and helped set up someone to come to our home and replace the part at no cost. I was very surprised with the customer service and I so I decided to write this review for these two individuals that went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase.
I Love The Staff That The Store Manager David Has David Is The Best Literally
Will never shop here again. The delivery guys were rude slamming stuff and were quick to get out. Left a mess. Took pictures. Wish I would’ve recorded him.
Very bad experience, I wanted to buy an item that had a certain price on its label and at the time of paying they tell me that it is 100 dollars above the price that was labeled, it seems to me in very bad taste that they do not have updated prices according to the seller, it is disrespectful to the customer. They should work better.
