My favorite sales person is Janell! She’s dedicated, thoughtful, and amazing at problem solving. My furniture was delayed 3 times during the pandemic and Janell was able to seek solutions immediately to accommodate me. I’ve had to contact her for several other orders and she calmly listens and seeks ways to assist. I feel valued when working with her. She embodies what quality customer service looks like. She’s the reason I continue to do business with Rooms To Go.

I came into the store without really knowing the type of Living Room Furniture I would actually be seeking. I actually didn’t even think I would be purchasing anything today. Then came Ms. Diane and it was like she already knew what I wanted since yesterday. She made making a selection easy, worked perfectly around my set budget and I ended up leaving with more furniture than expected. Great Experience for my first time furniture shopping.

Beautiful pieces of furniture. Hard to pick one.ud83dude01. Great quality and really good service. John went above and beyond to help us. He gave us space to look and decide. Some sellers chase you around the place, he didn't. But he was really close to answer any questions without bothering us. Nice shopping experience there. I will recommend this place, I loved the gallery. Just be careful with your budget because is easy to go really crazy there.. ud83dude02ud83dude02 Stay safe everyone. Good luck for all..

Great experience with Diane. Wasn’t in the mood for mattress shopping since my back is hurting from my current bed. She is down to earth and made it fun. This was my first stop & I was counting on looking a few other places before making a decision but she was very to the point with price & what we needed so we made the purchase.

I dread shopping anywhere that is commission driven as typically you feel pressured to buy and your treated as a “sale” not a person. Ellen was our salesperson and made our shopping experience pleasurable . She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and and very pleasant to deal with. Felt more like I was dealing with a friend rather than a sales rep. Had a couple of encounters with the other sales people while we were leisurely looking who were also friendly and courteous. Can’t wait until my order is delivered and will go to this Rooms to Go again for any future needs.
