10 months ago we bought a pool settee for close to $1000.00 dollars. 2 Adirondack chairs separated by an umbrella table. At the time we custom ordered this piece we specified and submitted photos of where we wanted the hole 3 times now they still have not gotten it right. It is a total screw up and requested a new piece be made but to no avail. I believe we have been more than patient n to live on promises isn’t working for us so therefore I would like to return the whole set as it is useless to us.

Purchased an expensive patio set from this company in April of 2017 and its falling apart. Warranty expired in April of this year. We didn't use it because we were in quarantine. When we took the cover off was when we noted defective furniture. Called the store and we were told that we missed the warranty deadline and the store manager would give us $5 off a $200 chair. Asked him to open a case. Customer service manager called and told us unfortunately the warranty expired and there's nothing they can do, but we should have use turtle wax ice on the furniture and it would have prevented the issue. I asked how I should have known and she replied, I should have asked the sales person when I bought the furniture. We have barely used this furniture in 3 years and we didn't use during quarantine. Most of the time it was in garage. Giving us a 25% discount off the chairs is not acceptable. By the way, we were told that the turtle wax ice would have protected the furniture because its just like a car. Last I noticed my car is made of metal and paint. Not sure how they would be similar.

Got some very nice wall hangings here. Sales man was very nice ,helpful not pushy

We ordered a cushion for a chaise lounge chair we purchased from here.We were told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get. We waited 4 weeks and no cushion. When I called the store to see where the cushion was, I was advised that they were waiting for the fabric from Sunbrella. I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was advised that since it was a special order, I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. That is not the way to keep a customer. I ordered a cushion from another supplier and received it in 3 days, shipped free to my house.nnI have to edit my review. After reading my review, Leader's corporate office decided to refund the restocking fee. I am satisfied with the way they handled my complaint. Thanks

This was our second visit to Leaders. We have such a pleasant experience here. Vicki is such a delight to work with as she goes out of her way to help you with all your design and purchase needs. On our first trip we were undecided about our choices and she had given us some brochures and fabric samples. She even went out of her way to give me her only store copy of one of the product lines we were interested in. She show such care and concern and takes all the time needed with you to answer all questions. We highly recommend her and the store for your outdoor furniture needs as we had been to many other were the sales associates were more interested in some ready to make a purchase at that moment or didn't have the time for us. Thank you so much Vicki for making our experience such a pleasant one. We will be returning to make additional purchases.
