Walked in knowing what we wanted, Desiree was amazing! She looked and found us the 2 tables we were interested in. Our 5 yr old daughter was having so much fun working with Desiree helping its find the tables, she is amazing with kids. We got the table we wanted at the amazing price match due to the discounted price that was listed on line. Will definitely shop here again for our furniture needs. Everyone was amazing, exceptional customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just bought a dresser and night stand set from Kevin. He was happy to help and took his time finding me not any piece but the right piece. Shipping was free which was nice. They were running some incredible promotions. My first time buying through Ashley/City furniture. Based on my experience with Kevin I would not hesitate doing so agian. He was new to the store, but I could not tell. He seemed to care about what I wanted and needed and was not pushy what so ever. On the contrary he was patient, and thorough. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was not about the employee. More of their inventory, or lack of beds that would have fit under a window. There were only 2 in the entire store. Which I would assume would be a common issue in a bedroom. I was looking for a small head board. Ended up ordering my bed from Pottery Barn.

I was greeted by this very friendly, knowledgeable sales person named Ben Johnson. This guy was awesome, friendly, and all around no pressure people person. I already knew what I wanted, but answered all my questions and got financed with no problems. This was the most pleasurable experience of buying anything in my life. If you go to this place ask for Ben Johnson. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

I love the quality and prices! I always find what I need they have such a great selection! If you are visiting the West Palm location ask for Erica! She has a great eye and awesome customer service skills. She listens to what you want and makes it happen!

I have bought furniture from this location many times! All of their furniture, decor, and home accessories are beautiful. They have many different designs to fit any style so anybody could easy fit a piece they love here. I've bought full living room sets (couches, chairs, coffee table, end tables, TV stand) full bedroom sets (bed frame, mattress, end tables, dressers) and dining room sets. Every piece has held up well with age. They are fair prices for what you're getting and offer financing too which really comes in handy with everything that's going on in the world right now. I've dealt with a few different associates and they all were very knowledgeable, helpful, and had great ideas and suggestions when we needed them. This is always the location I go to when I'm looking to buy a new piece of furniture and moving. I also love that they have fast shipping/delivery on items that are available, and if an item isn't available the restock time isn't too outrageous (usually within a month or two)
