My experience with Ashley at Havertys was great. She was sweet and nice and very helpful. She helped me get exactly what I needed for my new bedroom set, and without being pushy like many of the sales people at other furniture stores that make me uncomfortable. I will definitely be coming back as I need more items, and if you have furniture needs, I highly recommend you go see Ashley!
The quality and selection of furniture was our style. The sales representative, Dante, was very helpful and even moved a recliner to the living room set we were considering to see how it would look together. Dante asked questions to better understand our needs. He even pointed out an additional piece we had overlooked in our set. Easy sales transaction. Only issue was not all pieces were available for immediate delivery.
Dante was a great salesman and when we told him we would come back he gave a great pitch as to why wait since it would still be 8-12 weeks before delivery. He was professional and courteous.nThe reason for the 4 stars is that Rooms To Go would give a $50 discount off a large purchase (I spend over $5,000) ant that was what Haverty's would also give. For the price i would have expected a little more.
John branch manager went above and beyond to help me. I am impressed with the customer service rendered. Highly recommend this branch!
Could not ask for a better experience. The consultant (Salvatore) was VERY knowledgeable. They didn't have the exact couch we were looking in the store but Salvatore actually created the couch we wanted on the computer. He wasn't pushy at all, very friendly and gave us advice on the couch that we weren't aware of. I'd highly recommend checking Haverty's out. You won't regret it
