Cat 5 came with a very good recommendation from a friend and they exceeded every expectation. Their knowledge of security products was quite impressive and they were very good at working with our contractor on the design and install of our system. Their proposal was cost effective. Our installer,Javier, and Jeff Dixon, owner, were great to work with - they delivered the expected outcome (and more) and were excellent at keeping me informed on the project. I really like that they were willing to make a recommendation and explain the logic for their choice. Without reservation, I recommend them to anyone looking for home security services. Gary H

Jeff runs a security service that is well managed. He and his staff are courteous, understanding and knowledgeable about their business. They are patient at explaining the process so that the customer understands. They listen to the needs of the client and make the best decisions for them. They are also accommodating being work schedules are often not flexible for the client. I am a very satisfied customer and wish for him and his staff increased success. Cat5, where the customer is a Category 5!

Cat 5 is a fabulous security company. Whenever we have an issue, they arrive the next day to rectify it. They completely rewired our system that had been installed incorrectly bu another company. I highly recommend Cat5!!

Couldn't be more pleased with the product & service. Installation crew arrived exactly on time, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They are men of great patience as they were able to teach us how to use the cameras while at home or from our phones. The pictures are crystal clear and we are able to view the entire perimeter of our home. Before leaving, they vacuumed the areas where they had worked and left everything as they found it - except for the awesome new cameras and security system we have now. I highly recommend Cat5 Security Service.
