I haven't been to this location in 5 years but my wives experiences here are proof enough that spending a little money at best buy to avoid the frustration of dealing with this location is a fantastic trade off. Buy your phones from the manufacture and activate them online. Save 50 minutes and skip the obsession amount of up-selling and attitude.

Came in to get my screen protector replaced. Was quick and easy. Alexandra was nice and courteous.

I went to a different T-Mobile and had the worst customer service experience EVER ! “Malique” is the rudest, most condescending sales person i have ever encountered in my 46 years on this planet. Thank goodness for Matthew from the other TMobile on Okeechobee and Military. Where do i start went into the store to get a new phone . I asked Malique what the differences were between the phone and he said we, me and my wife, could watch a YouTube video and learn all about the phones. I said i wanted something simple NOT the newest thing out. He did that and i quote “the only phone out right now is the iPhone 12 Pro Max, that anything under that is not available in Palm Beach County”. That’s just 2 of the 30 minutes of rudeness.nnThat’s brings me to my point , So we left and went to the store on Military and Okeechobee Blvd where Matthew greeted us and did not believe my tail of no phones other then the 12 pro max “available in all of Palm Beach County” he laughed and thought i we were joking. Matthew showed us the tons of different iPhones available. As in NOT the 12 Pro Max. Matthew was such a professional that we ended up buying two, i repeat TWO iPhones from him. And guess what one was NOT a 12 pro Max, guess there are other phones available in Palm Beach County.n5 star service from Matthew ZERO stars for Malique.nnIf you need anything from T-Mobile in Palm Beach County PLEASE PLEASE drive by Malique’s store and go see Matthew at the store on Military and Okeechobee, he will for sure show you me meaning of “Customer Service” We promise !!
