My phone was completely frozen and would not turn on. Walked into the metro store and a rep by the name of Eddie help me and was able to get my phone working again. Thanks again so much.!!!
Do not come here do not shop here do not waste $35 activation fee they are overcharging you. I would hate to be called stupid foolish for paying this fee do not be this person do not shop there on friendly staff. I do not recommend this place at all if you shop here it is totally on you please tell your friend about this place. It is better to go to a corporate store there's only so many around here but it's better than going to a dealer. $35 I'm not trying to pay for the rent this week.nAnd for the ratings zero no stars
Came with a big issue where another store switched my lines for upgrade but had the wrong sims... Came to this location after a 2 day back and forth with the store and no use of my phone for the weekend and met Eddie who quickly solved my issue. Eddie is very professional and provides great service and my issue was taken care of in less than 10 mins... 10 out of 10
