on Saturday Nov 7th i went in just to get some information about what i would need to transfer my number from my original carrier to Metro by tmobile and the manager believe his name Naiz (sorry if i spelled it wrong) spent his time explaining to me the benefit of having my service transfer to Metro was outstanding!! He was knowledge able and had let me take my time decide what i wanted to do and i wasnt sure that i wanted to transfer my service that day but him having a great presence of his work space and giving out right info made me decide to switch on that day. In few days i will be back to transfer my husband and my kids numbers to metro. Thank you Naiz for handling my situation like it was your own and i even called him yesterday morning to thank him because nowadays you dont get such customer service and knowledgeable beings.

Switched over from boost . Had a wide variety of phones to choose from and was able to get a nice deal on a case and screen protector . :)
just purchased a new phone from this metro and they had so many options to choose from. plus they even helped me setup a new email and amazon account. will be back to add a line for my daughter next week!
