Met the most loveliest Sales Woman named Rosie . Upon entering the store I was greeted with a cheerful hello a warm smile ( you could tell from the twinkle In her eyes over her mask lol). I was immediately qualified with a few questions about my mattress needs and taken through a tour of products that would best suite me. Rosie was professional and courteous and really listened to me when it came to my specifications for quality sleep. Choosing a new mattress is so important to me . Working in a physically demanding industry can take its toll and my sleep comfort is very important to me. We found the perfect quality mattress that fit all my needs and financial budget. I needed a new mattress. My old mattress is 14 years old!! I have been researching mattress' for days now.nYesterday I walked into Mattress Firm and was greeted by Trevor. He listened to me. He took the time to answer my questions. I wasn't able to decide on a mattress that day. Trevor text me the same day, information on the mattress' I seemed to be interested in. I did more research that night. Today I went back to Mattress Firm and Trevor again patiently listened and answered my questions! I choose a mattress & I am so excited about the upcoming delivery this Monday!!nI have referred my friends to Trevor and this location Mattress Firm! Choosing a new mattress was made simple with the help of Rosie at this location. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and gave us the space to figure it all out. When we narrowed down our choice she was amazing in finding us the best deal. We left very satisfied and happy that we had met her. If you want an honest salesman who feels more like a friend than a salesman go to Trevor. This was our 3rd mattress firm we went to and he went out of his way to find us the perfect mattress he didn’t try and upsell or push us to get something we couldn’t afford. He was honest had great recommendations. We slept on the decision and came back and we realized it was the mattress we wanted from the guy we wanted to buy from!
Rosie worked hard to find me the best night’s sleep at the best price. I really felt she had my best interest heart and she put her heart and soul into our interaction. Thank you Rosie and Thanh you Mattress Firm!!!!!
