I'm in the process of moving and looking for a mattress so I decided to stop by to see what mattress would be a great fit for me. Jarvis took the time out to show me all of my options based off the info I gave him. He showed amazing customer service skills and was so kind! Quick thank you to Jarvis! I’m new to the area and was just looking for some home product options. After going from store to store, I definitely felt the customer service and attention I received was exceptional. I wasn’t shopping for anything in particular, but was sold after hearing the product knowledge on the pillows!!! Overall great shopping experience.
Went in for a quick look and left super informed and now will be coming back next week to purchase pillows for my new home. Jarvis had great knowledge in all products and answered all my questions. We had a great time at the store.

great experience, friendly, polite ,knowledgeable, patient staff members .it was very helpful to try different comfort. covid19 safe . I owned a tempurpedic firm mattress for near 17 years and it is still in perfect shape but we decided to invest in our health and add an split king to be able to adjust the bed to our best health interest and the smart base ,I choose the pressure point relief series and my husband the 8 degree cooler . the delivery box was damage and the store quickly order the replacement with no stress. excellent customer service .
