About the company not the specific store. If I could put zero stars - I would. Ordered online an item in early Feb. Received several notices the item was delayed. Received a notice this morning there was a problem with the payment. Called customer service and they charged my credit card again, this time it went through. AFTER they charged my card - was told they no longer have the item and could cancel the order BUT the charge would not be reversed for 7 - 10 days. Would not void the charge made minutes prior, would not give me a cancellation confirmation number - said they don't have those (which is nonsense because every transaction on a credit card generates an id number) and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Totally bogus scam to grab my money for an item they didn't even have and then hold my money for a week. Disgusting.
Great place to grab some high quality foods and home products especially kitchenware and the staff are super friendly!! :)
Love the store everyone is very helpful and attentive and the products they sell are top-notch.
It was our first time visiting. The personnel were very polite, accommodating and professional. They went above and beyond to service us. Will return and recommend to others.
Nice store, nice staff..but sadly they didn't have what we needed. On display but not in stock. They said they could order it. Lol I could do that.
