PICKED UP UPHOLSTERED CUSHIONS ONCE COMPLETED. I JUST REMOVED THE PLASTIC TO FIND THAT THE STITCHING IS TERRIBLEnITS ALL LOOSE AND COMING APART - POOR WORKMANSHIP-HOPING THEY WILL RETURN MY CALL AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS
Do not use them!!! The worst, rudest most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I brought my fabric to BB Workroom on Oct. 24th and was told I would have my draperies and cornice the first week in December, giving them $800 deposit.nTwice per week starting Dec. 5th I called asking when I would get my draperies installed. I got every excuse, was told outright lies of why my drapes could be installed, while it turned out they weren't even started. There were times they even gave me a date and time for installation, only to get a call 30 minutes before the appointment cancelling. The owner was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with! The 2nd week in January I let them know I had contacted my attorney and finally 3 days later I finally had my drapes installed. Stay away from BB Workroom !!!
Wonderful work. I have been using this workroom for years and the product is always wonderful.
AVOID!!!! She will not provide you with what you agreed upon on your invoice. She will tell you how much fabric to buy and then make what she feels like making. Of course she will take your deposit and leave you with whatever she makes. And you'll be stuck. And you'll wish you listened to me....
