I liked the customer service because the guy was super sweet so that’s really why I’m giving it 5 stars. However, for budgeting, it seems to be kinda on the pricier side although they push the whole “more affordable mattresses!” I do understand that mattresses are a wonderful investment for those who are able to afford it. I also understand that this is a business and it’s retail so they have to make it sound like you’re getting the deal of a lifetime but I also work retail and it seemed a little more car dealership-esque to me and I didn’t like that. Again, the man that took care of us was a very very sweet man and he was just doing his job so HE gets 5 stars.
I just bought a mattress after looking in many stores. Michael G was VERY helpful when choosing and looking for one. He was the most patient and answered all my questions. I definitely would go back and recommend him to all family and friends. If you’re looking for someone who knows all about mattresses and is patient, visit Michael G. He’s the best!!!
Tim was an excellent sales person! He listened to our needs and preferences and went to work on seeking out a mattress of quality very quickly! Better yet it was being delivered the very next day! Impressive service delivery!!
We had just been to a few places looking for an adjustable bed for myself. My children were gifting me with this. We listened to the pitch from several places. We were comfortable with all the information and finally the price we were given at Mattress Firm. They were fair, knowledgeable and helpfulnI would definitely purchase bedding from them again.
I have bought several mattresses and adjustable bases from this location. They have always been great to work with and very courteous. Michael G goes up and above every time I deal with him. Hard to find in this day and age.
