Today I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a living room set and a dining set and had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the associates, Connor. As soon as we entered, he asked if we needed assistance and allowed us to look at some of the furniture on our own first. As soon as we were ready for help, he was readily available. The living set we wanted was not in stock, but Connor helped us to find another set that was a similar color and within a reasonable price range. I left a happy customer and can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered!

Great service! Went looking for a sectional and the greeters were super nice. We worked with Jefferson, and he was very pleasant, helpful and super fast service. Amazing customer service! Will definitely be back.

Joshua was my sales rep. I am in car sales so I understood what it’s like to be on both sides of a transaction. Myself and Josh found common ground, found what I liked and moved at my pace. We looked at a bunch of pieces but he kept track of all. Walked in to see what they had, found something I liked, it was on sale and I bought. Easy, quick. (For management) Joshua is the man. That boca location is lucky to have him. Thanks Josh!

Purchased a dining room set at this location. It was the set I shopped for on line. The show room price was higher than the web site price however the store matched the on line price. I was completely satisfied with the experience. The sales person who helped me was highly professional, honest, and very patient. I'm happy to say that I can recommend this location without hesitation.

I walked in knowing exactly the furniture I wanted and knew what the price was on Ashley's website. I asked a sales person to help and he rushed the entire order in 5 minutes and was pushy about making the payment quickly without letting me review the order because he had another customer waiting. So after I said something regarding that, he went and got another sales person to take over so he could work with his other customer. THEN, after looking at my order, they were not willing to offer the SAME price that Ashley's website showed, nor the same warranty service, and was overcharging me $400. Don't even bother. You're better off shopping at other high-quality furniture stores.
