It's Bloomingdales...such a great store!
Customer Service is great. Easy and accessible. Great products. They are on top of safety with COVID-19, wearing of masks and protection one for another.
The Jamaican lady in the men’s department was awesome. Would go back everytime I had to shop but we live in Canada :-)
Awful store . I was trying to return shoes and the sales associate that rang me up was so rude and she raised her voice at me because she didn’t understand how to properly return my shoes . Bloomingdales has the worse customer service I have ever received!!! It’s worse than Saks and Neiman Marcus combined .
Bloomies had a set aside desk just for returns....great idea
