Everything here is delicious!!! Omg. The Napoleon is out of this WORLD and I get one whenever I visit! They have an ample selection of gluten free treats which are beyond good. Prices are fair considering how high quality the treats are! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean restaurant. Oh!! And the sandwiches are THE BEST. Vegan paradise!!!! Go eat here now!

Sorry to say, but I’m disappointed. The service isn’t what it used to be. The staff is slow and they seem to struggle with keeping up with orders especially larger ones. I ordered online and even with the typical hour wait time, when I got there and called to let them know I was there, they left me on hold so long it was actually faster to wait in line. Come to find out that the order wasn’t even made or worked on and they wanted me to wait another hour, receive credit (gift card), or pick something from their almost empty display. The excuse I was given was “the oven is small”. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still really good, but if they couldn’t complete the order, I’d rather know before I paid for it or they could tell me it’ll take longer. So then at least my employees and I can decide if we still want the food. I requested a full refund which they agreed to. Hopefully things change and get better in the future.

Over priced. Slack employees. Sandwiches should be ready at 11. Got there and ordered at 11:15. They said the sandwiches were just being made now and it would be 11:30 and they would carry it out. I go back in at 11:40. They ask me the name on the order, go in the kitchen to pick up the sandwich, and say it just came out. The sandwich was lukewarm with a cold spot I can feel through the wrapper.nnOne of the employees took 6 minutes to make a coffee because they were fighting with the whipped cream nozzle.nnWould not recommend.

I recently had to go dairy free and decided to stop by for lunch. Not only was the staff incredibly sweet but their sandwiches were phenomenal. It doesn't make me miss dairy or meat at all. The holiday sandwich is my new obsession; it has so much flavor! I'll be sad when it goes.
