Open and going strong. Little more limited merchandise, as to be expected in these current times. That said they are doing well with social distancing with clear signs, lots of hand sanitizer stations, and plenty of friendly Castmembers to help out.

Broke in under a month. Costs around $30 for a custom made case... I would’ve expected better quality. All they are is cute, don’t waste your money because even super cheap cases from eBay have better quality than these.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..Had mine 3 months, it's broken nobody at customer services will help, only response you get is 30 day refund policy quoted at you. a phone case should be durable enough to last longer than few months

Got a beautiful Belle custom magic band and the artwork started peeling after two visits to the parks. I’m very disappointed.

Disgusted with DTech. Unless you worship at the I Phone alter you can't get a phone case here. Would love one for my S9 but no deal! Update : Disney Springs D Tech couldn't bother to tell me or just didn't know that there are 2 other locations to order the cases in th Magic Kingdom and they do have cases for the S9. Got my case but I'm still disgusted with Disney Springs D Tech.
