I am very impressed with this badcock location. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. We purchased a chair and it started to squeak within a few days. We called the store to get information about the protection plan we purchased and they told us that instead of going through the protection plan they would try to repair it first. When he couldn't repair it he replaced the chair for free. I have never experienced this kind of service at a large store like this.
Bought new mattress from IRA. He said go outback. Waiting finally go inside he forgot bout me so I reminded him. Still waiting long time. Not cool
Great!! got in found what my daughter wanted, got it written up and out of the store before it closed. Very good experience for my daughter's very first purchase on her own. Two thumbs up.
Ryan and staff are super friendly and helpful without constantly bugging you. They greet you at the door then let you take all the time you need to browse their selections. We moved from overseas into an empty house and they went above and beyond to deliver our furniture within 10 days so we wouldn't have to sleep/sit on the floor. We will be return customers.
