A manager by the name of Adya was great. She took very good care of me. Very professional Fair. Very pleasant and a great attitude wish we all had more people like that that worked at their stores.
This Dillard's location has seen a dramatic increase in new merchandise in the past two years. I love all of the different lines that have been added. You can find anything you are looking for without having to drive to Pensacola. Great selection and friendly employees are what make this a huge asset to our beach community!
The woman in the petite section is exceptionally knowledgeable. She is also very pleasant and knows when to leave you alone. Great experience, she is the only reason we are repeat customers.
$120 for a long sleeve shirt??? No...too expensive. However the staff is very friendly and always helpful.
Went shopping for a dress for an event and Maria was amazing! Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in quite some time. She picked out dresses for me and checked on me while I tried them on. Thank you Maria for being so helpful, sweet and attentive!
