All the employees do not make not one attempt to help a costumer. I waited a good forty minutes for help which I needed to build a project. I asked about four people & not one of them tried to help, they all said “sorry I’m not from that department, the guy that works there is taking lunch.” Don’t waste your time go to Home Depot, for they have better service and less experience items for better quality.

Yesterday I was in the store and Mrs. Maria attended me and treated me with great respect, she helped me in everything I needed, I asked other workers and none of them knew how to help in what I needed, I thank her for all the time that I dedicate myself to finish my construction work that I have in my house people like this lady are the ones that are needed in the store once again thanks .

Employees are nice once they finally help. We had 3 employees point to one guy to cut wood for us, he finally showed up and said those 3 are lazy, went and got one of them who finally cut the wood after us waiting for almost 7 minutes. Mind you, the store is empty. Get to the cashier, no one there, we're looking around, finally a young lady rings us up. Both nice after helping us but man trying to get help is always a mission here.

Terrible experience with this company. We purchased very expensive doors, and after they were installed we noticed little scratches within the glass of the doors, almost like bubbles. Lowe’s said since they were installed we could not exchange. To make matters worse a store employee convinced my husband to upgrade his credit card for no interest. We already had a card and they are giving us a hard time to transfer the Balance of one to the other.. and it didn’t have a no interest deal! Just a really terrible experience with Lowe’s customer service. Good luck.
