Mercy was helping us & she was fantastic. The man that was in there was pretty great as well, I forgot his name. Really great people, very knowledgeable on what they’re selling. Did their job quickly and efficiently.

Amazing I love the customer service especially given by Mercy! She was extremely helpful and caring :). I was able to get everything I wanted at a great deal and I couldn’t be more satisfied I definitely recommend this mattress firm.
I made a purchase back in September of 2020 and then another today. Both experiences were perfect. The Customer Service Representatives are on top of everything. If they don't have it in stock they will find what you want. Quentin is the man! Ask for him and he will take great care of you!
