Never been there because of the huge lines and I avoided crowds with this pandemic season. Thankfully may GOD bless you abundantly. Making a difference. Your service is appreciated. Literally made me wait for 30 minutes outside just to tell me that they couldn’t help me with the problem that i needed to go to best buy, when they could’ve told me that from the beginning. I had to go to 3 different t-mobile stores just to get this information. Wasted almost my whole day, wasted my mom’s time because she’s the authorized user on the account so she had to stop what she was doing to come help. I made it clear what I was there for from the beginning, yet i got my time wasted when they could have simply told me at the door.

Abdel Torres was one of the most patient and just the best overall worker that we have ever encountered he helped us the whole time no matter how many hours it took. Honestly if this allowed me to put more than 5 stars i would only because of Abel Torres.
