Not so good customer service skills. The worker that I spoke to ask for my social security number and repeated it out loud, good thing no one was in the store. She also put in my information from my driver's license but did not verify nothing with me before she clinked enter, she put wrong information in. The metropcs by the Miami dade campus did a way better job, and they allowed me to put in my own information, and they made sure to verify it with me first before they clicked enter, so that there were no mistakes.

Came in the store to ask a few questions and the sale associate were so helpful and nice to me I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for amazing customer service

This store is very clean , the employee in this location are very helpful , if you have any problem with the phone they will try their best to help you out :)
