Klay at the Homestead store was the absolute best. He greeted me at the door, assured me he could help me with my problem and he did so in a very professional manner. He is a top flight Technician and an absolute gentleman. This kid deserves to be commend and should be looked at for a future in management. Don't let him go !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I have made a trade in back in 1/13/2021 they told me about a promotion but they never mentioned that I need it to have the unlimited plan with Verizon my salesperson was Megan she is not at the present time at the store. They lied to us. Stay away from them. I have been trying to resolve the current issue since January. Go to a direct Verizon store. They lie to get the phones sold.
