They have the worst customer service. They tried to make us pay for my niece's medication and she has Medicaid. The system was showing they filled the medication and the pharmacist kept telling it wasn't, we needed to pay for it

Pill not ready cause they needed my insurance information but after three not receiving a text saying my prescription is ready I go there to see what up oh they didn’t order my pills because I need to update my insurance card they don’t know why no one called me to let me know smmfh
