Had a very pleasant experience. Fernanda took care of all my concerns. I was looking for a bunk bed and she had a huge catalog of kids beds to show me that I could have delivered to my home. I’m so glad that I got everything without breaking the bank. I couldn’t believe how much of a bargain and quality I was getting. The bunk bed looks really good and it’s just what I needed. I purchased a dresser and 2 nightstands. When I went into make the purchase they were very nice and friendly throughout the process. Then came the delivery... what a nightmare they were supposed to deliver on Saturday between 10-2pm, as 2pm approached and no one had shown up, I called the store no answer. So I remembered texting one of the owners Fernanda in the past and decided to message her she said the trucks were out of the city and the other owner Alex was supposed to have called me to reschedule. Alex never called me. Fernanda then text me that I was scheduled for Monday. On Monday I get a text from Alex asking for photos of the stairs since the furniture was going to the second floor, which I provided. When I purchased the furniture I was clear in saying this was going to a second floor. At 2:30pm Alex messaged me to say they are forced to change the delivery to Tuesday. Like really!!!! So Tuesday comes, I was given no window of time for the delivery until I message Alex and he said it would be delivered after 3pm. The guys arrive and I get it, it's a big piece. They make it work and leave. My husband gets home and notices what I call a manufacturer defect so I take pictures and message Alex with no response. I call both numbers no response. Two days later and I still haven't even received a response to my message. Talk about unprofessional. Never purchasing from this store again.
