Metro by T-Mobile

Bad experience, I was overcharged for a phone screen protector that crack next day, probably on shelve for too long, went back to store and they told me out of luck, want to pay extra and get no warranty, go to this store, don't complain if they take your money.

Great Customer Service with a greeting at the door. He was very patient and kind with helping my mother and I pick out phones and cases and switching our service to T-Mobile.nI would recommend for personalized service

I gave it a one star because I can't give it 0 stars. I was overcharged for a phone which is online at metropcs website for $189. They charged me for the same phone with a so call $10 discount, $240. That's an extra $51 I was ripped off.nnYOU WILL FIND SAME PHONE AT OTHER METROS CHEAPER.

Really bad service i just went today on 8/7/19 and this women who i didn’t te no name told me that there was no iphone x max available, i asked her if i she could look to see if other stores around the area had them and she pretended to look and told me that none of the stores around miami dade area had any iphone x max. I left the store and went on my phone in metro pcs app online and look for stores near by that had iphone x más avalaible and i called and they all had available, she just didn’t want to work people in miami just wanna work for free to be honest, this is not good.
