Angel was truly an angel. He is knowledgeable about cellular service and phones and was very patient with my 66 year old mother & taught her the new iPhone features. This location is very convenient for me & is my go to place for service.
Just wanted to say that Camilo the sales representative went above and beyond to assist us with our issues.On top of his exemplary customer service, I’m pregnant and was feeling a little nauseous so he got us all water. T-Mobile should be thankful to have an individual like him be a part of their company . Great Job Camilo !!!
I really enjoyed my time at this store. They worked diligently through my boatload of problems. One of the best sprint stores I’ve visited. Without a doubt, I would recommend to anyone.
my strongly suggest to all Sprint customers and new people are trying to come to sprint mobile please do not get anything from this swindler company! go to T mobile or any other mobile company because I recently I got a line from sprint mobile and they added a Samsung Galaxy on my account and says you have financed with us a Samsung Galaxy while I didn't purchase or finance and they send $ 930 to collection service and now they never respond and whenever I go to the store they says we are unable to help you
I’m never a fan of going into cellphones stores.. but I take my hat off and congratulate this store for their customer service. Everything was super clean, fast and the most friendly people ever. Thank you for your help Dory!
