The store is nice & clean & they are mindful of covid precautions. The people are nice & helpful & knowledgeable. I went there to upgrade my mom's phone & we were in & out of there in no time.

I have been few times at this location and after my first visit every time I a make an appointment I request to be taking care by the same employee his name I think is Bryan or Byron and this is why the first time I visited the location I was extremely disappointed with T Mobile customer service from another almost ready to changed my service and I explained to him reasons and also my needs at the time. He was what we need from a Customer Service Representative professional knowledgeable, patient and above all he provided the time and information needed. That's why I'm steel a customer of T Mobile today, I will make an appoitment and it may be for getting a new Phone. Your company needs more employees like him and by observing the rest of them while at the store this is a group of employees that are a pleasure to deal with everytime a customers like me walk into the store.

I came to this store to switch my phone and I had At&t and I am so happy to have met Lisbet and Elizabeth the store manager. They were amazing in their customer service and I was able to get all my things on my iPhone. Saved money and came out with a brand new phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Your the best!

Came into this location this morning , was greeted by Dylan and Chris. Chris helped me with setting up a 2 new line and getting the Samsung s21 devices . He was very helpful , explained to me about what I needed to know about plans, payments and also mention about the promotion they had going on with the BOGO. Sale for the Samsung s21. He was very nice and so was the other employees in the store. Thank you so much for helping me I appreciate it . I will be back in soon and would recommend this place to my friends and family
