Grate store hurible returns policies.
I've only ordered on line before but when I walked in for the first time it was overwhelming. The store was nicely organized. Everything is clearly labeled so I didn't have to search all over. It was quite busy but a staff member immediately assisted me and I was checking out within 10 minutes! Awesome service and great prices!
After a number of failed efforts to find a 20cu.ft upright freezer at various other retail locations, we decided to try BrandsMart and were rewarded with not only finding exactly the size and brand that we wanted , but also the pleasure of dealing with your sales associate Stephanie Vargas, who was an absolute gem and a shining example of what customer service should be all about.
The salesperson are professional and Knowledgeable, and the prices are great!nUnfortunately if are purchasing an large item like a Big Screen TV, you will have to pickup outside.nI spent over one hour waiting for my purchase on a Miami weather(Burning Hot), waiting for your name to be called! Unacceptable!nEven after talking to a manager, this didn’t get any better.
I can't believe some of the prices on the electronics they have here. They are lower than some of the local competition. I normally go to BB for most of my electronics however I have found that here the prices have been better for certain items. This will make gift buying and Christmas shopping a breeze come here first.
