BUYER BEWARE!!! the prices are not worth the headaches. trust me. they told us everything was going to be ready for delivery the next day and that we were going to get everything the next day. I had to show up every day to get what I paid for they had the couches ready in the back and we had to get the coffee table that was in the show room because they still hadn’t received the coffee table supposedly and we had to wait a whole week to get the dining table. When everything was promised to be ready the next day I tolerated it until the third day but after that I was just mad and annoyed. the customer service is horrible . the two men that work there have attitude to the max and are rude. oh and don’t even bother calling them because they will literally never pick up the phone I cannot express how many times I called them and they just sent me to voicemail that’s why they tell you to text to receive a faster response, And even if you text to take hours to respond. The manager Nadia was really nice but don’t be deceived by that. They put on a good face and a good show just to reel you in and make you believe that everything will be there when they promise. if they would’ve told us that everything was going to be ready in a week then OK that would’ve been fine but they literally had us waiting day after day.nEvery day and be another story. If you have patience go go ahead but I would not recommend buying from them to anyone. Yes the quality of the furniture is good but that doesn’t make up for the horrible customer service. So yes believe the reviews that you’re reading because at first I was scared to buy and After reading three or four good reviews saying that they didn’t understand why there were so many bad reviews I decided to go but don’t believe them they were probably just paid or got a discount for leaving a good review

More quality than I expected for the price. They told me 2 weeks but really was almost 4. The manager is very nice.

Everything was fine when we placed our order for a sofa. They told us the sofa will be delivered within two weeks. We didn’t receive our sofa for almost a month and a half! Their customer service isn’t the best. I had to call multiple times, text multiple times just to get a response. The reason for the delay was due to Covid of not having the man power. We didn’t have a sofa for over a month having our kids sit on the floor with us which was horrible. However, when we finally received our sofa, it was amazing. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, looks amazing.

These people are the absolute worst!! They get your money and tell you lies they never plan on executing. They promise service and you get expectations they don’t deliver on. They have you sign a no refund page because they know once they have your money, you are at their mercy! I paid over $3000 for furniture that was promised delivery the next week, it has been over a month. They won’t answer the phone most of the time once they know your number. If you pop up magically one of the “workers” from the back will say they are not in... I recommend everyone go somewhere else.

This place is terrible. The owner is a liar. My sofa was made incorrectly and they would not respond. Terrible customer service. When I’d call to get a status of my sofa they would not answer my call, they wouldn’t respond to o messages. They told me they would make my sofa with the correct specifications, that turned out to be a lie. They never did it. I got stuck with the wrong sofa & they would not respond. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE CONNIVING LIARS.
