The sale associate made our mother wait over a week for a phone call for pre-planning our grandmothers funeral. My mother was informed numerous times that she could set everything up over the phone. When the lady called she insisted that she was unable to set things up over the phone and insisted that my mother visit in-person. Then during the in-person consultation the sales associate was not wearing a mask properly. It should be noted that my mother is the main caregiver of my grandmother who is currently receiving in home medical care for dementia and non covid related respiratory distress.

We were treated with respect and dignity at this establishment. I highly recommend this funeral home in East Hialeah. Barbara Torres assisted us for the second time in 8 months with the services now for our dad. The staff is friendly, respectful and very patient. We felt at ease and we were in good hands.

The lady we dealt with, Barbara, was FANTASTIC! She told us and took care of every detail that we needed with my Mom's funeral and burial. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer for us. She would go out of her way to keep us informed including texting me after office hours to answer a question I might have had. If we were living in that area I would definitely use them.
