Kent furniture is the best furniture store that I have dealt with in years. The service was excellent. No pressure from staff but if you had questions they were there. Nan was wonderful. The delivery men were great. Thank you so much for making my experience fun and easy.
I had a fantastic experience with Kent Furniture. Everyone from the sales people to the delivery guys were extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service and communication. The delivery team showed up on time and brought everything in very carefully. I am definitely coming back when I am in the market for more furniture.
For furniture in the Villages area I really like this place the best. Don't have an item in stock, they will order. Most of the products are either produced locally or made in the USA. If there is an issue they correct in a very professional manner. Even the delivery people are polite, efficient and just really nice.
Our go to furniture store. Quality, variety and modern. When you find a piece you like there are normally options on fabric and wood finish. We always work with Nan who seems to always direct us to just the right piece. Recently purchased a lift chair for my wife who had back surgery. Was able to bring it home the same day. Unfortunately it was too large for my short wife and there were no questions on the return the next day.
Always have had great service. Have recommended to friends and family. Will shop there again.
