Badcock in belleview was fantastic they helped us choose items we wanted and they even held on to a couch we wanted to pick up the next weekend if you want anyone ask for tori's she is awesome and so nice and helpful she even knew I'd like the color of the couch lol and she was definitely right

The employees were great and friendly but they didnt explan the warranty very well I was with out a washer for 3 months and was only credited 25.00. Any one that goes to a laundry matt knows it cost more then that to wash clothes for 3 months. The repair company they use to have my washer fixed was rays appliances they are horrible. diagnosed my washer wrong ordered the wrong parts then came back out to diagnose my washer again told me it was the drain pump and agitator. Never had a issue before. Came back out with the wrong parts again. had that technician diagnosed my washer with a bad board..ordered the new bored and a new lock took 3 weeks to get the parts in then the sent another technician to replace those parts thennDamaged my washer and told me it was normal wear and tear and that they were NOT GOING TO FIX what there technician damage.never will buy anything from them again and will never use there warranty repair again.even with video of the technician damaging my washer.

I've always been welcomed while entering the store. The staff has always been very personable and professional. I've never encountered any problems and they've always answered any questions I've had about furniture, or appliances that I've had. Awesome team, it's the ONLY Badcock store I'll ever shop at.
