Love the reps not happy when I found out that the 55+ was not as advertised. I was advised that if I wanted Netflix and 2 lines it would be 90. Not the advertised 70. Also needed a new screen saver and they were out and the system would not let anyone order it for me. They said I had to come back later.

Jessie was so awesome, Mark helped me out with all my needs today. Really great people in there, they weren't pushy and help me make a great decision in picking a new phone. If your in the Belleview, Ocala area, this is the t mobile to go to for sure. People are nice and the service is amazing. Definitely will come back

Mark And Jesse at the Belleview FL location are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I do not know what I would have done without their help!!! After going almost 5 weeks without a phone, they did EVERYTHING they could to get my phone activated because apple failed to do so!! And believe me when I say it was not easy!!! They have amazing customer service skills, and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother because it was One problem after another while trying to get the phone activated!! I appreciate them very very much!!

I went into the Belleview store because I was having an issue with one of the tablets on my account. Jenny and the team members that were there (Mark, Joey, and Darisha) made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be my go to store.
