I would have given them a higher score had they not completely forgotten my order and left me sitting there waiting for over 25 minutes for a bagel. The staff was nice otherwise.

Blonde girl workin the window today is big mad about something. What? I don’t know. She didn’t say one word when we pulled to the window. Handed my husband a box for the toast and literally slung it. Like straight up tried to make it slide out the box or something. Jokes on her, It still tasted good and I was able to scrap the avocado from the top of the box so hurt me none. She’s the only issue I’ve ever had from them. But I’ll be back.

Service is ok but all they want to do is push people through as fast as possible. I go through and order there snackin bacon crispy and get a small bag of greasy half cooked bacon and this has happened several times. Also I had to give them 4 different debit/credit cards and they said none of them worked yet I use each of them almost every day. I would drive out of my way before I go back here again.

I’m giving a 1 Star because every time I go there the service is horrible, my coffee is always wrong and the employees are rude!! This location is close to my home so it’s convenient but for now on I’m gonna go to the Lady Lake location. Everyone there (Belleview) acts like you’re nothing then when placing an order like you’re inconveniencing them in some way. I went there the other day and it’ll be my last! There was a blonde woman in the window who basically slung my coffee at me and I asked her which one it was since it didn’t have the sticker on the side telling you what it was...and she told me “I don’t know” I ordered 2 coffees but they were different...how do you tell me you don’t know. When you pull up to the window to order the other person on the other end is rude, acts like they hate their job etc it’s pathetic! They need to get new employees there
