I bought a bed in box from Mattress Firm in Eustis Fl from sales associate Gregg. I was addressed immediately when I walked in the door with a hello we will be with you in a moment and they where. Gregg was not pushy to get me to buy more than what I needed in a bed. He answered all my questions on levels I could understand. First rate experience. They are pricey but the product is good. Really liked the sales staff with decades of experience and detailed knowledge of their products. One aspect of the company that my wife and I especially liked was their corporate area commitment to Give Kids the World charity. That one is especially dear to us and they spoke with passion about their involvement. I suggest that a potential buyer seriously consider patronizing this company and their Eustis Florida store.
