Absolutely, the best customer service ever!! Their a small business, owned by family I believe. Just the nicest people working here. They are very willing to help any way they can. They offer top of the line, quality, very well made, beautiful furniture! Their very knowledgeable about what they offer there. If you ask questions, they know the answer. They offer real leather furniture, as well as many other fabrics.nTheir prices are amazing!! They offer financial services, payment options that don't run off your credit. They also have a used furniture section. There is so so much to see. You can also order from a catalog if you don't see what you want there in the store. Their orders come in very quick. I ordered a recliner, and it arrived and was delivered in my home in less than 2 weeks. Also, the people who delivered were amazing and very sweet. They don't just toss your furniture in your home. They ask what room you want it in.nI honestly, will never shop anywhere else but here. This is my only place for buying furniture. You get amazing, beautiful furniture that will last many, many years.nDon't shop anywhere else but here!!

When we purchased our couch we were told one to two weeks. At three weeks chad said it could be another two weeks or more. At that point we got a refund because I didn’t like them having no set date. If they had said upfront a longer time frame I would have been fine waiting but because every time we called it got pushed out we weren’t happy. They offered a 10 year warranty to us but no other discounts. The refund was quick and easy though with no hassle.

Bought a recliner a few weeks ago and the padding on the footrest, front of seat, armrest and headrest are all flattened down and leaving imprints that are permanent. Very poorly made. Only good thing is the color was good.
