We ordered online two days before pickup day so that we could receive everything we wanted. 3 hours prior to pick up time they call -one popular item (cinnamon crunch bagel) unavailable. Substituted raisin cinnamon bagel - inferior product. When I arrived to pick up order entirety different item had been substituted as well. Then entire loaf of bread was missing a few slices - looks like someone made a sandwich. Totally unbelievable- - this location is the worst one I have had the mispleasure of visiting.
The last few times I have been to Panera for grilled cheese and tomato soup I ended up so dissappointed with the very small amount of cheese they put on the grilled cheese. So I decided to try their cheese flatbread with my tomato soup. It was amazing!!! Great combo!
I love Panera but this location in Mt Dora/Eustis is poor. The chili was thin no squash soup and generally a poor atmosphere.
A bit pricey but good food. Had gift cards so didn't spend money
Never been a big fan of this place and the most recent visit continues to disappoint. I ordered a cobb salad, like I have many times before, but what they served me was a salad that had been sitting in the fridge for hours. Everything was the same cold temperature and the avacado was hard and crumbly and not smooth. The flavors had all blended together and the lack of dressing made it all one medicore pile of flavorless lettuce. Can't believe I didn't complain!!!
