Yesterday, we purchased a recliner chair. This was our first time in the store. Rita was our sales clerk and was wonderful!! She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about helping us find our perfect chair!! All staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. We plan on returning to purchase a sofa. I love the furniture we bought and the service was good the day I bought the furniture. But they had to put the one chair I bought on order, that was 6 weeks ago. And I still don’t have a chair nor did anyone follow up wit me or anything. Will I buy there again?nWill I send my friends & Family there? Will I get my money back? Darn right I will.
