I explained and he was quick to stop what he was doing and head all the way out back the store to get what I needed and bring it to me with a smile. While he was out back I was then approached by a Second employee who was also very willing to help, and they both loaded my cart for me. I am very happy to see the customer service that Lowe’s promises their customers and they deserve a Thank You from the management team. Thank you KEN and MARSHALL in Lumber!!!

Everything went pretty smoothly when I ordered the items I wanted wish delivery service options were better I did a pickup. The lady that assisted was great! The lady at the register was kinda rude, she disappointed my trip to this store. But lowes is a very nice store with good prices.
Always have what I need for home improvement/repairs
Frankie in Customer Service/Pickup and Kevin in Lumbar deserve raises. They went above and beyond to help me with my order. I hope their boss, the regional manager, district manager etc realize this Brooksville store has THE BEST employees who do an outstanding job, without fail.
